Eligibility Criteria
We’re looking for passionate learners who are ready to launch their careers in tech. To apply, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification (B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / BSc IT / etc.)
- A strong foundation in Programming, Data Structures, Databases, and Operating Systems.
- Understanding of flowcharts, pseudocode, algorithms, and SQL.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Analytical thinking and good communication skills.
- The ability to explain your final year project or any other hands-on project experience.

The Ideal Launchpad Candidate
While we welcome freshers, the ideal Launchpad candidate may also have:
- Experience working on live or functional projects (academic or personal).
- Exposure to web or mobile development technologies.
- Basic understanding of Git or other version control tools.

Our selection process is designed to evaluate both aptitude and attitude:
- Online Technical Assessment – to test your core concepts and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Assignment – to evaluate hands-on ability and logical approach.
- HR Interview – to assess alignment with our values and communication skills.
