    Eligibility Criteria

    We’re looking for passionate learners who are ready to launch their careers in tech. To apply, you should have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification (B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / BSc IT / etc.)
    • A strong foundation in Programming, Data Structures, Databases, and Operating Systems.
    • Understanding of flowcharts, pseudocode, algorithms, and SQL.
    • A willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
    • Analytical thinking and good communication skills.
    • The ability to explain your final year project or any other hands-on project experience.

    The Ideal Launchpad Candidate

    While we welcome freshers, the ideal Launchpad candidate may also have:

    • Experience working on live or functional projects (academic or personal).
    • Exposure to web or mobile development technologies.
    • Basic understanding of Git or other version control tools.

    • Online Technical Assessment – to test your core concepts and problem-solving skills.
    • Technical Assignment – to evaluate hands-on ability and logical approach.
    • HR Interview – to assess alignment with our values and communication skills.
